Normally I don’t put in reviews, but these guys are awesome. I’m somewhat new to Pittsfield and have tried a few barber shops around and Franklins is by far the best. I definitely found my new spot. Thanks Franklin!

Great technicians, not just barbers!
Im sitting here waiting my turn while a guy sits in a barbershop chair and drinks a coor beer while a guy walks in a takes a seat in a barbershop chair and get service before every one els waiting . Im the next in line . So.now ill get my hair cut els were. Worst service in the area also never got ny hair cut.. say what you will a man, drinking a course beer in your place was a huge turn off and I believe I violation .. your a barber shop not a bar room ..
