I had to took my car here because the insurance’s tow had to leave near by. Unfortunately was the most horrible experience I paid a lot of money for a simple piece that even the dealer told me “the piece come together” there was many visits to this place just to fix again again and the owner was so dishonest, he lied a lot and even by a mix phone call the dealer hear the conversation about the piece and told me to take my car again there so they can do the right job but honestly I had to took to other place to fix it. Decided to try Franklin Auto for a routine oil change. Upon picking up my car was told I needed additional very expensive parts and repairs. I was told that my car was a danger to drive in its current condition. Odd because my car had just passed inspection earlier that day. A faulty catalytic converter did not make sense. I refused the repairs and drove my car straight to my regular mechanic who found nothing wrong! Zero stars.
