First off when you buy any used vehicle expect it to have some issues. I bought a 2004 Ford escape and a 2001 Honda accord from Franklin. They offer a 30 day warranty on the drive train. My check engine light came on and it was sputtering at times on my Ford Escape 30 days after I bought it. Franklin paid for the diagnosis and gave me a discount to have it fixed, even though my warranty expired. I'm happy with their service. I have recommended them to friends and family. I bought both vehicles November 2016
