I bought a 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan back in December. I was very pleased with The exceptional condition of the automobile. In February I had an issue with the car. I was told there was multiple sensors that need to be replaced. I called Franklin Auto exchange up and explain that I'd only own the car for a few months and I was having major problems. I felt most comfortable in my questions being answered and the time granted to test drive several vehicles and ask more questions . Great experience working with Franklin Auto Exchange. Sellers were friendly and responsive. We purchased a 2013 CC Volkswagen which had one small issue which the owner promptly fixed same day. So far it’s been two weeks and our son is very happy, will definitely buy from them again.

I purchased my car a month ago, and my experience was great. The owner was willing to negotiate, and everything went smoothly when I went to look, drive, and purchase the vehicle. He was very responsive from the beginning of me reaching out and even after purchasing the car. Very professional and no pressure. I had one issue since buying, and I reached out, and he fixed the issue even though it was as is. I would definitely buy another vehicle from here.
