A friend had a written quote for some body work and they did NOT honor it and raised it by $1000 within the timefrane. Stay away. Also very rude.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This was by far the most unprofessional body shop experience I’ve had. Before coming here, I had my vehicle inspected at the dealership, where frame damage was identified during a suspension diagnosis. I spoke with this shop multiple times beforehand and explained that I wanted an assessment of the frame to determine the extent of the damage. Horrible experience. Got YELLED at the top of their lungs to leave the store after I decided to choose a cheaper option. Joke of a place. All because I did not go with the more expensive option. Super hostile and impatient attitudes.
I backed up trunk open into a post while loading chicken feed. Couldn't close trunk and I have a road trip in the next few days. Pulled in at closing and the owner spent 15 minutes hammering things so that I could go on my trip and will repair once back. Amazing work and talent
