I am so thrilled with the work on my car. My car was backed into on the passenger side door and it's looks amazing!!! I had a couple of rust spots that they fixed without asking. I recommend 100% . Satisfied and grateful for honest people .
Just got my Van back and what a fantastic job. My Van looks new again. Al is a wonderful person along with everyone. They did a great job at a good price. Well with it.
I had some rust spots starting to appear on my wheel wells, hood and trailer hitch. I was quoted $750 from Franklin auto to repair which I thought was reasonable. They had my vehicle for 1 week. When they said it was ready for pick up they had not touched the hood and had not taken a wire wheel to remove the rust from my trailer hitch. Which they said the would in the quote and just painted right over the rust. Which the paint has already begun to come off with the rust flaking.
