If I could give this property owner zero stars I would !They have evicted me because I chose to take care of my son that was shot in Louisville Kentucky 11 times! I rented a 1 Bedroom apartment and he was not on the lease, during a national worldwide pandemic! Where is all the sympathy, for a tenant that suffers allergic reactions to the mold and mildew, for nearly more than 5 years!
Manager Brenda Hoye Landmark Apts. Scottsville, Ky. July 22nd. Brenda was standing in 800 building wishing she had a gun cause my cousin didn't get to the door in time. In another building a tenant ask manager out of respect to not be so loud to wake her baby up instead manager yells loud. I have recording of admitting about the gun. Please we need a better respectful manager here. Thanks.
I'm renting from a property in Tavares Florida. My water pipe got damaged at 1pm today it is now 7:15pm over 5 hours later and my water has been shut off this long but noone fixed the issue yet. I've called maintenance and management left messages with no answers. My children and I would like to be able to wash our hands, go to bathroom and get a drink of water..I an at a loss since management and maintenance are not answering their phones..
As I'm renting from one of their properties in Louisville Ky..(Shivley Apartments)..For one we have no official landlord..The two unprofessional girls they have working the office is rude ass hell..& One lives out here & worka in the office..I think she might have a personal vendetta against me or something because I keep getting harrassing notes on my door every week talking bout somethings that ain't true..I'm jus sick of these unprofessional ass ppl I can wait to get away..All yeah the mantaince man is a falling out drunk... read more
Connie W,.,- Don't move to Oldham County, Kentucky, because Franklin Assets slum apartments are even a lot worst, especially at the 2 Franklin Asset slums at Oakview 1 & Oakview 2 apartment slum complexes !!!!!!!!!!!!
I live in Glasgow KY in a building supposed to be run by Franklin management (Dellwood Apts). In reality there is a 400 pound lady with no people skills that I have yet to see even take a step in the parking lot near apartments in the 2 years ive lived there, The only communication the manager has is with the 75 year old "handy man" that roams the park lot five days a week picking up cig butts and instigating problems within the people of the community by running his mouth about tenants and how the Manager making him just do... read more
