The new owner must really care because they're pumping money into this place, and the people in the office are genuinly nice. And for the price, you can't beat it. It's close to downtown, so it's centrally/conveniently located. All in all, I give it a 5 star!!
I have not lived in these apartments, so this review will be about the current property manager. Sheila Doyle is her name, and she is one of the most rude, impatient, and self-centered property managers that I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. If you call with a list of questions about the property and the terms and fees involved, she quickly gets irritated and starts getting terse with you, blaming it on the fact that there is only one person manning the office.
