They have maintained and repaired my slate roof and copper flashing, as well as flat roof over my garage. They are very knowledgeable about older houses, honest, responsive, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Rick Templeton.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this roofing company. Franklin and Templeton were unable to solve a leak in our roof that they installed. After several visits they were still unable to locate the leak. Rick told us to wait until there was a good rain. By this time our drywall in the ceiling was falling down. Our Insurance adjuster identified the area of leak. Franklin and Templeton did some repairs. We got a second opinion from another roofing company. very pleased with Templeton Roofing. Punctual, neat, fast and a great price. They even came on a Sunday to work around the winter weather. Answered calls within a few minutes. Would definitely recommend.
Incompetent. Still have the same leak that I paid this company to fix. The owner and an employee came to my home at least six times and never stopped the leak. Now Mr. Templeton will not return my calls. Do not use this company for any roof work--a waste of money.
