I have gone to this lab on 5 occassions over the course of 2 years for water testing. The person who is always at the front counter is apathetic an unapologetically unhelpful. Of the 5 trips I have made to bring in samples only 2 were a success. This is because specific bottles, procedures, water levels and temperatures are required but she makes no effort to inform you about them...even when asking about it in person and on the phone.
