Stay away from this lender. Their underwriters, namely Tammie Barnes and those like her are extremely incompetent. She likes to skip over documents you've submitted and then condition for them later and she likes to request proof of debt being paid off which was paid off 20 years prior and if your client isn't a hoarder who keeps everything for 20+ years then you're just screwed.
