Just hope you don't ever have anything happen to your home and have to deal with their claims people. My insurance company was wonderful, and easy to work with. 2 Months later, and $10,000 out of my bank account I have still yet to see a dime released to me. They tell you one thing, and do another. I have had to call them weekly, and I get nowhere. Had to spend the money out of my personal account just to keep my contractor working. Not sure what I would of done if I hadn't hadn't the money personally. I guess live in water ... read more

Horrible experience working with Franklin American Mortgage. During refinance I was owed a PMI refund which I still have yet to receive and it has been nearly 3 months. Customer service is rude every time I call and never helpful. I would give them zero stars if possible.
Terrible service; impossible to reach PMI dept, and I feel like they were trying to trick/cheat us whenever possible. We refinanced our home partly b/c we wanted to get rid of them!
Dont trust this company. They have stolen 2022.40 cents from us and will not return!! We have asked for our money for over 40 days. We dont have an account with them!! They lie and will not return money
