Terrible customer service. I absolutely hate dealing with the company, can’t wait for someone else to buy out or mortgage.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Updated them several times about problems getting flood insurance policy but that we were working on it. Found out today that they purchased a policy against our escrow account 2 1/2 weeks ago!! Even spoke to someone after they apparently purchased it and NOTHING WAS EVER SAID...might explain the VERY LONG hold she put me on but again, NOTHING WAS EVER SAID ABOUT A POLICY ALREADY HAVING BEEN PURCHASED!!! I can't wait to refinance with another bank just so I don't have to deal with this HORRIBLE C... read more
