I went there this morning because the feed store where I usually go, Ferestien's Feed in Foxboro, was 30 minutes away and I had a sick horse and needed bran. I called Franklin Agway to ask if they had bran and the person who answered the phone asked, "What?" I repeated "bran, B-R-A-N." I think, does he not know what bran is?
