Live in an HOA that Frankies service. Make sure you ask the owner for his insurance and workers comp. If he or his "crew" are injured on the job, who pays for it. When he worked here in the past, did not come up with his insurance. He is back in my community once again - his prices are lower but could it be because he isn't paying for insurance. He also leaves stubs on limbs which is not the proper way to leave the limb. I am not impressed with his work.
