We have been a customer of Frankies for 30 years. Have always had good food. But the service in the past year has not been good. We have had problems with the service 3 of the past 4 times. We really like the food, but the poor service lately will make us rethink going back again.

Pizza was just ok. Our to go order salads had gross brown old lettuce. Wondering how this could be overlooked by whoever packaged it. Mozzarella sticks were horrible. Had a bad experience years ago....thought we would try again today...will not go back.
