First time at Frankies....great food... Pizza was tasty...salad was yummy. Our server Nancy was right on !!! Of course we will return !!!!
We've been going to Frankie's for over 20 years. We've NEVER been disappointed with anything we've ordered. Service is super and our long time server, Richard, is the best. Hope to continue going here for years to come.

Had an absolutely horrible experience here! My family & I met here for lunch because my sister was in from New Mexico. Although there was barely anyone in the restaurant, it took an hour for us to get our food and once it came, it was more than disappointing. We were unhappy with several things, only one of which was removed from our bill. Most of us kept our mediocre food because we were starving by the time it got there. We tried Frankie's for the first time last night. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Nancy, was very sweet and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
Waited forever. Manager has ego problem. Hated my experience. There are so many good places to eat in Cleveland, I won't be returning..
best pizza place in town. and the house salad (with the house dressing) is the best.
I worked for Frankie's Pizza way back in 1984 when it was a small restaurant with 3 or 4 dining tables. It was my first job. Frankie's has a good pizza, but over the years a large has gotten very small. It's now more like a medium sized pizza. The house dinner salad covered in cheese and their house dressing is very good.
