For 30 plus years the Perrone family took pride in delivering the highest quality service to their customer and making sure every customer was satisfied with before driving off. The worst experience of a car wash I had ever had! First off explaining to one of the people what I needed done to my car which was carpet cleaned as I had spilled a drink and a wash. Once my car had been washed they started to hand dry it you could see from far away the car was still dirty and they weren’t going near the carpets. So we asked for a manager who proceeded to get in my wife’s face and tell her it was our fault for not explaining what we wanted done to the car. Came to visit my parents this weekend and decided to get a car wash. Just came back from the car wash and couldn’t help but to leave a review immediately. I purchased the Platinum package with everything included and was left in shock as the quality was absolutely terrible. This wasn’t the first time this has happened at this car wash but finally enough is enough and decided to leave a review. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for quality. Whatever you do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They will steal items/ money out of your car. Do not trust this place with your vehicles or belongings
Worst service ever pulled in told them my main concern was my tire the told me to get the most expensive car was package about 25 bucks and it will come the tire after running it thru the machines it was still dirty after speaking to the guy again he told me oh to bad you want that cleaned u need get a detail and that's an extra charge mind u I wiped the dirt of with my finger in front of him terrible service and even worse customer service
