I ordered 15 qty ($470) of two way radio headsets on a Monday, they assured me that I would have them by Friday, I needed these for an event I was hosting. The parcel was coming from within NSW & being delivered to a Sydney address. It took over a week for delivery, the following Tuesday. I live in a regional area, I called Frankies upon finding them via Google, to discuss a new head unit for my vehicle. I explained I needed it only to connect via USB to my Apple phone to play music, and to listen to radio. I was recommended a specific Pioneer unit. I purchased the unit and had it installed at a local auto electrician. I was horrified to find out that the head unit didn't support Apple phones.
