I want to like this place...
This used to be my go-to place (from around 2015-2018). It was clean, had professional waitstaff, and served delicious food. Sometime before COVID, I noticed that the hostess one day was dressed unprofessionally, the wait for a table was suddenly chaotic, the decor had changed, the waiter was dressed very sloppily in visibly dirty clothes, and the food wasn't as high of a quality, despite being the same items I used to order. I am sad to report a second sad experience at Frankie's. I didn't review the previous time, as everyone has an off day, however, it was worse during our last visit. Everything seemed off, especially the food and drinks. To top it off, we were charged twice, and incorrectly. I hope they can turn it around. This has been a favorite spot since they originally opened, but it will be a while before we try again.
