The coffee was average priced. It was overly sweet honestly. The atmosphere was very cute and on-brand with the pink theme. The service was not stellar. There were 2 workers. 1 was trying her best to basically manage the whole coffee shop. She was sweet. The other worker could care less. She was not kind to paying customers. It seemed like she didn't want to be there.
Staff did not greet or even really acknowledge me, very aloof and unfriendly service. Slammed the coffee on the counter and didn't even say anything. Awkward encounter. Coffee was mid.
Not overly sure how good the coffee is. We walked in at 0830 and the barestia just stocked the chips till we gave up and left.
This little shop is a gem! We are staying at the hotel the shop is in. The baristas are very friendly and took the time to help us decide what to order. They even made a delicious matcha drink my daughter actually liked. Absolutely recommend!!!
I go there everytime I'm in Nashville best drinks and breakfast sandwiches Terrika always makes mine how I want them, yes I see Terrika everytime I'm there you would think she lives there lol but she's the only one that makes my sandwiches and drinks. Her smile and kindness will make your whole day. I was actually there a few days ago and I was speaking to a gentleman there and he was telling me how kind and caring Terrika is I said I know she had that affect on people
