At my appointment on 6/16 my sleep doctor Roman stated that he would send over a new prescription for a nasal mask to Performance Home Medical to fill. After multiple attempts reaching Dr. Roman's office to have the prescription sent over, nothing was received by PHM. Performance home medical has sent over multiple requests for the new prescription as well. went to Dr roman for over ten years then when I really needed something from him like a nexus letter for a va disability rating.I have tinitus since my days in the 2nd armor division also sleep apnea which it took years to diagnose and I still suffer from both at 68 years old he will not provide a letter I guess its true doctors are not in the profession to help anyone but themselves
He was very present listening to all concerns, down to earth, honest and funny. A pleasant experience.
Dr. ROMAN GIVES YOU HIS FULL ATTENTION. VERY CARING AND OFFERS A LOT OF ADVICE.
