Frankie Dunbar didn't listen to me ,she typed the wrong health problem on my chart that I was having with another specialist That I'm seeing. Also, she typed in, she suspects , I have the symptom when I told her ,no I don't have it., when she asked me. In addition, when I asked for a referral for a second opinion, she refused. Frankie Dunbar has no bedside manners, no personality at all. She doesn't even acknowledge the patient by their name. She acts very cold and uncaring. When the patient visit is over, she doesn't even say, it was nice to see you again.
My wife was cut off from care because they listed her as a 2 time no show because nobody had informed her that Medicaid hadn't given her prior approval when she had been approved every other visit. She travelled all the way to Cedar Rapids! SHE WAS THERE! That is not a no show, she's DISABLED and Kim Reynolds denied her coverage. This had never been a problem before, she can't be expected to double check her coverage when this appointment was set up for her.
