I went in by myself, and Tatum was an instant friend to me. She is the best person to work with (listen to her hyping me up in these videos, she is just genuinely nice). I left feeling so confident and happy and excited about my wedding. Obviously the dresses were some of my absolute favorites. Tied with the Bridal Studio. But I even recommended the owner from Bridal Studio check out Frankie Jane haha.

Annie was the absolute sweetest and listened to all my ideas. She helped me try on a little bit of everything and adjusted certain dresses to fit my vision better. She then helped me find my dream dress and made me feel so special and beautiful. This place is incredible, I would definitely recommend.

I could not recommend them more!!! I moved across the country and went dress shopping solo. I was so nervous going into it, thinking I wouldn’t have anyone in my corner. Tatum and the rest of the Frankie Jane team proved me wrong time and time again. Through every step of the process, I felt safe, supported, and confident. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!! My best friend is getting married and we were so excited to go to this bridal shop. We were met with sales associates that were rude, talked over us they didn’t listen to anything we said in preference and kept putting her in gowns that she asked specifically not to be put in. Had the BEST experience there. I was feeling a lot of nerves about finding the right dress and they worked their magic! They knew what dresses to pull and what things would look good on me before I even knew! They really care about how you feel and what your likes and dislikes are and making sure you like how you look. I felt heard on every concern I had. They were so kind the whole time and made me feel really great. I definitely recommend!
