Frankie is the consummate professional. He gave us his undivided attention and a great deal of time. He found homes for us to tour and at each one his questions helped him (and us) learn more about the type of home we were looking for. As he got to know us, he took us to local gyms, cafes and neighborhood places. All of this helped us understand the community we were considering.
