I bought a 2019 camry from Toyota of Frankfort 3 1/2 yrs ago. I get my 5000 check ups there. The last two were less than desirable as I have had to take my vehicle to w****** ( as i dont live in Frankfort) to have the tires rebalanced. They left the compartment door open to the cabin filter causing a whistling noise when the ac was on and the inner wheel well was outside of the fender opening. Pretty sad when you are out done by W******, not once, but twice in a row.

We apologize for the frustration and dissatisfaction you feel with us. Upon review of your service history it appears that Frankfort Toyota has never performed a tire balance on your vehicle. In particular the previous two service visits were for maintenance including a tire rotation. The maintenance program that came with your vehicle provides oil changes and tire rotations only, not tire balancing. I took my Toyota Corolla to Toyota of Frankfort for an airbag recall. The car is older and I never had an issue with the airbag and never had the light come on. After they did the recall work two days later the airbag light came on. I asked them to fix it and they flatly refused saying I'd have to pay a $150 diagnostic fee first because "it was not their issue, and they don't work for free." Frankfort Toyota has offered all of the possible options multiple times to both Mr. S******* and to T.M.S. Without diagnosis we can only speculate as to why the air bag light is on. If the passenger side air bag inflator that was replaced as part of the Safety Recall is the cause it will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Likewise any fault in workmanship, however unlikely, would also be repaired at no cost to the customer.
