I spoke with Kelly today. She was professional and personable. She is a great representative for the Frankfort Plant Board.
They have a monopoly on the town and give terrible service! If there is a lawyer out there that wants a class action law suit there are a lot of us ready to sue them into the ground!!
Frankfort plant board is full of crap. They are quick to turn off your service,but slow to turn back on. Turned off my D.. service for nothing. Rating would be no star if possible
