The person that answered the phone was very very rude started cussing at me and my husband over just asking him a question n then when we said we could like to talk to the manager he call me the b word n then hung up on me so do not go to this place to get anything fixed at all if I had my way I would give the zero bc the person on the phone was rude as heck

Ed, who owns Frankfort Muffler & Auto Repair, is a long time, very experienced auto mechanic. He knows his stuff! He has been at the Frankfort, IL location since 1991, and prior to that he worked for a few other auto repair businesses. Today, January 30, 2024, Ed replaced an exhaust flex pipe on my Toyota Camry. He did a great job, and now the engine, which had been very loud, is running much quieter. I am happy that I found Frankfort Muffler & Auto Repair.
