There’s nothing like it when you finally find an exercise program you can stick with!…I’ve been consistent since 2015!…you go for the benefits…you stay for the community that starts as friends…then they become family!…Frankfort Jazzercise is just the best!…I’m 67 and not athletic!…if I can do it, anyone can!…try it!…you might just love it like I do!…🥰🥰

Frankfort Jazzercise offers the best workout in town! So fun and you don't even feel like you're working out! Everyone is so nice and have become dear friends of mine. Best of all - no judgement! We're just there to have a great time and personally improve.
