I came back to edit my original review because the service manager, V, went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. There were some initial shortcomings from the department and he took ownership and responsibility for the errors and worked quickly to bring a solution. There is no one that wants customers to leave happy more than him. He saved my view of this dealership and service department and would recommend people working with him. Thank you, V!
Mark and all the guys at the service center are absolutely wonderful. They make everything easy and hassle free. Fortunately I don’t have to come in too often but the couple times I’ve been they have done a fantastic job. Highly recommend.
I’d give them a 0 rating if I could… BEWARE! Service appointment was at 9:30am, pickup wasn’t until 10:30. Vehicle was supposed to be done and returned to me by 2:45. ZERO communication that the service was delayed and wouldn’t be ready for delivery by needed time. Want me to reschedule to finish alignment so I can be without my vehicle for another day. Excuse after excuse with no accountability. Last time I’ll be there. Avoid at all possible unless you have time to waste.
