Great shop, always good at communicating the problem with solutions. Always go above and beyond to make you feel taken care of.
Just got completely taken advantage of. Entire family has gone there for years, took my car in to get rear break pads and an oil change. Bill came out to a little over $650. Changed both rotors without asking which I did not want done and charged ridiculous amounts for labor and “shop supplies”. Called gamboa's and they said it would have costed $450 for the work that they did. Will not be going back and they will lose business on 6 cars.
If I could give Frankfort family Auto six stars I would! . Over the last few months, I have had a disaster of a time with CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVE. STAY AWAY!! Frankfort Family Auto is the third shop to get my truck and FINALLY Get it right. In the four years, I’ve had my truck. It never drove this well! No more pulling to the left, no more pulsation in the steering. An absolute darn good job through and through. Not to mention a 48 hour turnaround time. I would recommend this family business to anyone!
