I received prompt and professional care from the medical staff. The front desk staff can be a bit short at times.
Dr Ansari is so caring, attentive and kind . He & his staff are knowledgeable, well organized , thorough ,informative and make you feel at ease . of course the “calming aid” helps too .. i was very pleased as i had cataracts removed on 7/9 & 8/13 and stents put in on those days as well with no trouble or pain . i am very pleased and the procedure was nothing as bad as i thought .i would highly recommend Dr Ansari and his staff. they are all wonderful people Jane Boggs 8/16/26
Dr. Biscotti is not a doctor I trust. Nor is his receptionist, Meagan, a person that cares for patients. In my experience with them they have made it clear that they are not interested in patient care but their focus is on the stresses of dealing with insurance issues of other patients. We all experience those stresses, but to neglect patient care is never appropriate.
Everyone was very nice. Dr. Good explained about my eyes. Did have to wait over 30 minutes to start eye exam.
