Dr. Biscotti is not a doctor I trust. Nor is his receptionist, Meagan, a person that cares for patients. In my experience with them they have made it clear that they are not interested in patient care but their focus is on the stresses of dealing with insurance issues of other patients. We all experience those stresses, but to neglect patient care is never appropriate.
Everyone was very nice. Dr. Good explained about my eyes. Did have to wait over 30 minutes to start eye exam.
Friendly staff, and was informed of my eye health and what was needed to improve my vision. I've been getting over major surgery, and the thought of any type of surgery makes me nervous. But the staff pretty much put me at ease.
I love Frankfort Eye Care! I went in yesterday and literally was done in 45 minutes! And got new glasses too! I really like Dr. Bisotti but I have also seen the other doctors and I like them too. They allow you to ask questions and you don’t feel rushed. Really quick but thorough!
