Could use training among night shift on responding to patient call lights. Food is great, and most workers try to focus on patients emotional and physical needs
I was there from before Thanksgivig through January 14. The staff was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for better care. The girls were so sweet. The rehab was wonderful. They were teaching me to walk and I would still be there if the insurance hadn't thrown me out. I need just a little more rehab and I would have been walking and ready to go myself. Nice calm place The residents are very well taken care of. The CNA and Nurses are great.
My brother's diaper is not getting change on time. Room was dirty no trash empty and bed not cleaned. I pray he can make it out of there. HAD PNEUMONIA AND THEY DON'T DO NECK TRACS🫤
