Frankfort is family owned and operated since 1978 . We specialize in preowned cars , sport utilities , trucks and vans that our hand selected and test driven by me. We have been in business for almost 40 years because I am picky and will not sell a vehicle I do not like . We have 1000's of satisfied customers because of this policy . HORRIBLE! LYING SALES AND FINANCE EMPLOYEES – This started off as a pleasant experience...Went in with my fiancee, father and his friend and purchased a Ford Freestyle. There were some minor scratches on the front end and the driver's seat warmer did not work so we were promised these issues would be taken care of by them and we just had to schedule an appt. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE LIARS – Here are a few examples 1.) The milage they list in the ad's are false, just to lure you in. 2.) They will sell a car with knowledge of defects then claim ignorance. 3.) If you file a comlaint with the BBB, they will ignore it, drag it out, then ultimately cause you to reopen it because they pretend not to hear from you then lie to the BBB, when you have proof that you followed the recommendations. 4.) Crooks at Farnkfort Auto Haus! – We purchased a car from here about 3 months ago. On the drive home the clutch went out. Then I took it to a subaru dealership and they said it needed a new computer (another grand) and that the gage cluster/abs/check engine lights (dummy lights) had been tampered with and didn't work. Now come to find out that the engine is blown and has only been running on 3 cylinders.
