Leasing office staff is not professional – Leasing office staff can't be bothered to brush their hair let alone actually assist residents. When I've gone to the office to get packages or inquire about a maintenance request, staff is usually chit chatting with one another lounging on the chairs with their feet on the desk - not very ladylike or professional for that matter.
