No problems with Dr Frankel. Quick no nonsense doctor. Recommend highly. Office staff also first rate.
I’m a longtime patient. I’ve read people’s complaints but the vibes you give off are those that are perceived. I go in with a positive attitude. I do know Dr. Rosenberg knows his stuff. People need to listen to the answers they get. It may not be what they want to hear. You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. I’ve always had good experiences with this office. When I went into the office today I immediately felt bad vibes I said good morning to the receptionist she ignored me I stated I was here for a physical she says the doctor doesn’t do physicals on the first visit you have to pay them $145 just to say hello and then the next visit he does a physical to my opinion they’re only in it for the money and upon further research I found out he’s a DO not an MD doesn’t even have a website the office is run down I wouldn’t go to him If my life depended on it Stay away from this Office

He is the typical Country doctor. Doesn't sugar coat conversations and is realistic about medicine and his patients. So funny, folks want to move to a more rural community but want Kaiser Hospital next door. He is a great doctor and person. I love that he wears jeans and tennis shoes.
Very rude and disrespectful man. Was given an appointment, then after my vitals were taken was told to get a COVID test and he would not see me for symptoms I have had for two months! I have had two negative COVID tests! If he's afraid of COVID then maybe there needs to be some protocols in place when his staff is making appointments. I should have been told on the phone to go elsewhere. Not waste an hour of my time. Went to a walk-in clinic and turns out I have an ear and sinus infection.
Does not care about patients. No bedside manner. Not wearing a mask (neither is is staff) during a pandemic!!! Additionally, he dismisses your symptoms and tells you you are fine. So if you have any medical concerns you'd like to be addressed, go elsewhere. Office is full of religious artifacts. I only went because he was one of few doctors that accepted my insurance. It would honestly be worth paying cash to see a doctor who cares about your health.
