I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr. Frankel. His office was entirely professional. I was treated like a real person and always felt important. Also, Dr. Frankel has excellent follow up.
Dr. Frankel and his staff are professional, thorough, and friendly. I felt very comfortable throughout the colonoscopy process. I recommend him.
Although Dr. Frankel is kind and has a great personality, he completely misdiagnosed me after I had an over 50 screening colonoscopy. I am very glad I ignored his advice to take serious medication. It is now 5 years later and I just had another colonoscopy which revealed NO sign of disease. He was way way off with me.
I recently moved from Florida and needed a GI. I am glad I went to see Dr. Frankel. He is not only very up to date on tests and treatments, but also very patient, explains everything, and is very thoughful. He is a keeper!
Dr. Frankel is an excellent doctor! I would of never known that I had an esophageal ulcer secondary to GERD if it wasn't for him!! I was having stomach pain and did an upper endoscopy which discovered the problems! Got it under control based on his advice and ulcer gone! He also diagnosed me with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth which explained another issue I was having! I highly recommend him!

I owe Dr. Frankel my life. I would not be here without him. I have major issues with my liver and I would not trust anyone else but Dr. Frankel. I have in the past even had him meet me at the Hillcrest Hospital emergency department while coming in from being on his own time. He is a super caring Dr. He goes way beyond what all other medical professionals will normally do. He has saved my life several times. I trust him completely with all my digestive issues. There is no better Dr.
Dr. Frankel is a living super hero, fantastic human & incredibly gifted physician. During a work trip in India, I had emergency surgery to remove my appendix. Dr. Frankel allowed me to call him 24/7 with any questions I had about my condition, the surgery, or even if I just wanted his confirmation on how the hospital in India was treating me. He even went as far to get on the phone with my doctor in India to ask him some questions and make sure that I was in good hands. This guy is amazing!!!
Recently we saw our caring physician go above and beyond the call of duty. Our son was on a business trip in India when he found himself in the midst of an appendicitis attack. He was in Jaipur at a hospital where it was determined he needed an appendectomy. I reached out to Dr. Frankel for his guidance and he was on the phone immediately with our 27 year old son and the doctors in India.. I am forever grateful to Dr Frankel for the compassion and help he offered our son when he needed it most.
Dr. Frankels is an out standing physician. He takes his time with you, listens and goes over all your concerns. Care under him is 100 per cent. I highly recommend him .
