I received a surprise bill for my visit after switching to a new insurance company. The bill arrived just four days before it was due, leaving me with no choice but to stop by the office immediately to avoid a 2% overdue charge. Told me "it's time to replace your fillings." I didnt do it and subsequent dentists told me that all my fillings are totally fine and never need to be replaced. BEWARE of this dentist.

Stay away from this place and do yourself a favor, and read reviews if you don't want to face fraudulent activities . When my insurance company called them to clatify on the amount they asked me to pay, and because there was an issue with that . guess what? The front desk lady refused to give them her name. She said her name starts with J.They told me ,they're never seen it before. I guess she has a reason for hiding her name . I don't think anyone deserves that kind of experience . I usually read reviews before visiting the Doctors. I read the reviews after my visit and I was pleased. No deductible was taken until the dental work was initiated. The reviews were not regarding Dr. Frankel work or service they are about insurance and money related issues. We choose the insurances, the insurance company makes the rules and the Doctor(s) follow protocol. The Staff is knowledgeable and Friendly.
