After waiting for an appointment for 1 month, they cancelled my appointment the day of to only give me another option for an appointment in another 5 weeks. I have been in a great deal of pain and anxiously awaiting this appointment. This is not an acceptable way to treat patients.
I have seen Dr. Frankel for custom inserts as well as for plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. As an avid runner, these injuries frustrated me, and the ease of getting an appointment time with Dr. Frankel, as well as his great bedside manner and knowledge, resulted in a great experience. I would definitely recommend him.
What a joke. I was having pain in my foot that continually got worse so I made an appointment with Frankel Foot and Ankle in Sparta. Checked in for my appointment where I was told by the receptionist I needed to pay a $125 copay. Seriously? I questioned it but eventually just paid it. Waited for awhile and eventually met with Dr. Frankel who was in with me for only 5 minutes. He looked at my foot said it was fine and did not proceed to give me an x-ray or anything. Ridiculous.
