Was a new patient. Went in and had pictures taken and told I had 2 cavities. Scheduled my fillings and cleaning. Went back for my fillings and cleaning and as I was getting up and ready to leave after my cleaning was informed that I had 14 more cavities. First time hearing this I said “What?” Lady says “no one told you?” I respond, “not until you told me right now” she says “well yeah you need 14 more fillings” I left office, made some phone calls, scheduled a second opinion with a trusted dentist. This Patient was seen at our Maumee office. On Monday I will review the x-rays but I can assure you we do not commit insurance fraud! I will also see who evaluate the patient because Dr. Frankel did not.
The best! So my crown pooped off around 1:30pm. Called Frankel Dentistry expecting to get on the next morning - to my surprise they got me in at 2:30 same day and by 4:00pm I was walking out with my tooth in and a big smile on my face! Thanks to the entire staff!

I absolutely love this office. Dr Smith is by far the best Dentist I have ever met. this past few appointments have been a bit of a challenge due to my anxiety and an infected tooth. he was so patient with me and did everything humanly possible to make sure I was okay. my last appointment he was finally able to get my tooth out and he was fantastic! Dr. Frankle is the best I promise! I txt him about my wisdom tooth an he called me right back to tell me what I needed to do at 10pm!!! Also seen me yesterday during the Covid 19 he could’ve been at home with his family but nope he came out to care for me. Great man with great staff..

Painless. About 7 years ago I stopped going to the dentist. It hurt and the way they lectured me about how much sugar is in every drink I have , was quite annoying . Having a daughter now, knowing the importance of health, I decided to try Jon Frankel Dentistry. So far, everyone has been wonderful.
