All staff was very pleasant to deal with, as was Dr. Frankel.
I had fallen approximately 5 months after I had a total knee replacement surgery. I was experiencing discomfort and numbness. I was concerned that I had misaligned the metallic hardware as a result of the fall. The appointment confirmed that the knee replacement surgery was still in intact.
Very straight forward and caring, knew how to approach the issue and provided option on moving forward.
Dr. Frankel is enjoyable, professional and concise. Good sense of humor and great at communicating as well as making one at ease while giving his full attention. Great Doctor.
The office was flexible with an appointment issue. Dr. Frankel is caring, knowledgeable, and gives excellent care.
I had some difficulty with filling out forms and a very nice young man came out and helped me. Everyone was very nice and took their time with me. It was a good visit
Dr Frankel and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was in and out within an hour and it included X-rays. Highly recommend!
