I liked Dr. Frankel's matter-of-fact, calm demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness of discuss treatment options, listen to your concerns, and present pros and cons of each choice. Unfortunately, he will be retiring in August!

All staff was very pleasant to deal with, as was Dr. Frankel.
I had fallen approximately 5 months after I had a total knee replacement surgery. I was experiencing discomfort and numbness. I was concerned that I had misaligned the metallic hardware as a result of the fall. The appointment confirmed that the knee replacement surgery was still in intact.
Very straight forward and caring, knew how to approach the issue and provided option on moving forward.
Dr. Frankel is enjoyable, professional and concise. Good sense of humor and great at communicating as well as making one at ease while giving his full attention. Great Doctor.
