Never been here but this is unit #3. Unit number one is Vitro architectural glass, Unit 2# is Hormann and this is unit #3
Franke sinks are poor quality and the company lacks quality control processes. First sink arrived dented with rough edges, processed return and second sink arrived warped. Delayed renovations. If the countertop wasn't already cut I would go to another company. Made in China, with European prices
Melanie Boileau in customer service was extremely unhelpful, abrupt, dismissive and pushed us off to follow up with Franke Manufacturer Oasis. I was able to speak to another customer service rep who was great but Melanie shut him down with assisting us. Told us to call the manufacturer for any troubleshooting help. I purchased the unit from Franke with Franke name on the product - Franke should assist. They do not want to deal with it and push you off to calling a 3rd party manufacturer! Disappointed with Franke Pot Filler Quality and Warranty I renovated my kitchen and powder room about five years ago and had a Franke pot filler installed as part of the upgrade.
