I cannot possibly say enough good things about Fred and Franke Contracting! Fred managed the full remodel for my parents' casita, and also managed our kitchen renovation, and he did a fantastic job! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely honest/trustworthy. Our projects were finished on time and on budget. His whole team did a great job - we did not have issues with any of his subcontractors. I am so happy that we chose to work with Fred, and plan to hire him for any future contracting projects as well!

Fred removed an existing front door and glass block windows and replaced them with a much larger door set. He worked with the designers and door manufacturer to design and install a custom replacement for an additional glass block window nearby. Beautiful work. On time. In budget. Professional. Rare service indeed!

Fred and his crew are phenomenal and our project outcome exceeded our expectations! Our kitchen remodel went very smoothly and on schedule. We found all of Fred’s people to be very talented, providing quality work, and always punctual and friendly. We interviewed four contractors for the remodel of our Rancho Santa Fe casita. Both of us were impressed with Fred from the start, making our choice easy. He came across as friendly, knowledgeable, articulate and responsive. Over the course of the project, our confidence in him just continued to grow.
