I NEVER leave reviews, but I have to let people know about my horrible experience. I have never had such an unprofessional conversation or worse customer service. I contacted Floro about 2 weeks ago and he gave me a quote for my project. I called him again to try to better understand the quote and ask questions, and he wound up getting very hostile and actually YELLING at me on the phone for some of my calm questions in trying to understand the process. I strongly Do Not Recommend this business. I originally contacted Floro on 5/14/21, regarding a bathroom job that was still under warranty and he agreed to work with me to solve the issue. It took 2 months of calling and emailing just to get his foreman out to examine the bathroom. After wasting all that time, on 7/19/21, Floro said its not his problem and hung up the phone. Floro is hostile and unprofessional. He has refused to stand by the work of Frank Zanotti and its a shame that the reputation of a business will suffer.

I would reccomend Zanotti Tile to everyone!! Workers were very prompt, professional, and well groomed. The office staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I love the work Zanotti Tile has done in my home.

Zanotti Tile converted our outdated bathtub and tile into a beautiful new walk-in shower at a really reasonable price. They tore out the old tub and tile on the walls and floor in the bathroom and installed new tiles throughout, including the floor and on the ceiling of the shower. They did excellent work - they were very professional, came on time every day, cleaned up after, and completed the project exactly on time. After going through a number of title flooring contractors, Frank & Zanotti was very competitive. Saul Mayo and his crew was very professional. They took time to do the work right. When they worked in my condo, they took care to clean my place after each day of work. With their good work with the porcelain tile flooring, I decided to hire them to do my kitchen backsplash which turned out to be another amazing job they did.
