Was looking for a new doctor and a few friends recommended dr Yono. Went for a physical was thourally impressed, he took his time and didn't rush through it, glad I found this new doctor!
Dr. Yono is a superb prmary care physician. I have been seeing him for around 3 years now. He is a terrrific listener, never seems rushed and his bedside manners are impeccable. He takes his time to the extent that I have to keep reminding him that I am overstaying my welcome. The staff - Mrs Tracy Lee, the Office Manager, and Ms. Diamond, the Medical Assistant - are both superb, too. Dr. Yono is an excellent doctor. He is kind, approachable, nonjudgmental, and very knowledgeable. He takes his time, and really talks to his patients. He also engages them in treatment decisions which is so important. My husband goes here as well and also loves Dr. Yono! Wish I could give him 10 stars.
I love Dr Yono! I’ve seen him for a few years now, for a few problems and he is always ready to work together to solve them. He does not lead with his ego and is a good listener. He is not one of those doctors with a “just do as I say’’ attitude. I feel heard and respected and I value his expertise in what our next move should be. The staff is excellent - Tracy gets it done! Just met Diamond but seems like she’s going to be a great addition.
I have had the absolute worst experience medically when I had Dr Yono as my primary care physician he dropped the ball on patient care considerably I can't get a phone call back from his office it's hard to get prescriptions filled through the portal I would definitely not recommend him for any sort of medical treatment I had a hospital stay at Beaumont Royal Oak where he happened to be the resident doctor that was working at the time he was the only specialist that came and seen me that sent me a separate bill despite the h... read more
