I appreciate Dr. Frank Warrens' procedures he does for me to avoid the episodes associated with Meniere's disease in my left ear. He is one of very few doctors that are able to treat my condition.
There was some confusion with the scheduling because of the new location, but it was corrected and the Dr Warren and the audiologist are always amazing
Excellent communication skills timely accurate
Really incredible experience for my cochlear implant surgery. I'm 91 years old, and I had some trepidation about surgery. Dr. Warren is very compassionate and made it comfortable for me. I had the implant activated a few days after surgery, and I could hear and UNDERSTAND what the audiologist was saying. The whole experience was really much easier and more comfortable than I expected. Five stars to Dr. Warren and his support staff.
