Frank was instrumental in the sale of our property, from the beginning the raw land needed a lot of attention to make it accessible for viewing and use. He has strong community ties and was able to help us resource the vendors needed to achieve this. He was in constant contact with updates as they came in and available for any questions that arose. Smooth sailing. Even the simplest, most straight forward transactions can go sideways without proper attention. This is where experience comes into play and Frank certainly has a lot. Some issues are obvious; others are much more subtle. With Frank involved, however, the likelihood of any of them becoming showstoppers is greatly reduced.
