I had the pleasure of working with Jim and his crew and I couldn't be more impressed. Jim's friendly demeanor, along with his meticulous attention to detail, really showcased his expertise and experience. The entire crew was equally friendly and professional, ensuring that all the debris was cleaned up perfectly. The project was handled with such care, and its clear they take pride in their work. Great service and communication. Jim and his crew were excellent. They were courteous, efficient, and careful to keep the job site clean. And best of all, they stuck to their estimate for our flat roof replacement and charged fairly for the one extra we requested. Frank Stevens & Sons Roofing came recommended to us, in turn, by a neighbor for whom they replaced the flat roof on his commercial building.
Frank Steven's roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. Jim was the salesperson and oversaw every step of the job. He is an honest, fair and kind person. The price was fair and the job was as described, the crew worked as a team, cleanup was wonderful! Thank you Jim!
They are knowledgeable and hard working. Both patches required technical skill and high standards to get a quality outcome on our older roof. Despite the disruption of the weather, they showed up cheerful and eager to get it finished. We would certainly recommend them to all our friends and family!
