I would like to acknowledge Ms. Jennifer K., Insurance Account Rep., for her Consistent Wonderful CUSTOMER SERVICE!! As long as I've known Ms. Jennifer, (10 + years or so...) she's ALWAYS been such a Blessing to me, my daughter, and my wife, for all car insurance related matters! Today, was another Great Blessing, from Ms. Jennifer, as well! Thank you!!
I do not recommend Frank Schultz or State Farm for insurance in any capacity. We filed a claim on May 19th and are still chasing Frank and State Farm around trying to get answers and a fair settlement. Meanwhile we have been paying our insurance bills on time. Our years-long loyalty and multiple policies do not seem to matter to them. Choose literally any other insurance agency. 0/10
After significant communication challenges and breakdown with a claims agent in another state, I called Frank Shultz’s office and spoke with Joni Biskup. She listened respectfully, got my full story, and fully informed me of the process and made she made sure she understood my concerns and objectives. She then contacted the national office as an advocate for my customer service concerns and requested that they be responsive.
