This auto repair is what we wanted to find – This company was so helpful. We were nervous going in and very pleased when we left. They are so honest and so helpful about everything pertaining to cars. They did a complete check of the car after the service was completed to make sure it was done correctly and cleaned up afterwards. Gotta go - I need another oil change!

Frank And Sandy's – I was a little surprised when I walked in there as instructed bymy my wife and her "Grouponing" to get an oil change. I was told it was by appointment only. IM sure it was in the fine print that my wife NEVER reads. SO I set up an appointment for 4 days later. The only day from the day I went in that was open. Great Workmanship and Great Service at Frank & Sandy's – I've been to many auto shops locally in the Austin Round Rock area, and none of them have had exceptional service and great workmanship. Before going to Frank & Sandy's, I was always shopping around for cheap auto shops, but everytime I did, I would get burned. Finally! – After living in Austin for over 5 years, and mulitple shops later...I found Frank and Sandy's through one of the sales reps. I have been completely burned by other shops in the area, and was hesitant to try yet another one I knew nothing about. I was so happy with my experience there. I have only been in the shop once until today to get my oil changed. I walked in, and Erica at the front desk greeted me by name. Again, this was only my second time in the shop! I have a new repair shop for my car! :) – Frank & Sandy's Family Auto Repair has superior service! My experience was great, they immediately started working on my car, I was offered delicious coffee and the staff was awesome and friendly! I have a fairly new car so It's nice to know my car will be taken care of for many years :) Thanks Frank & Sandy's Family Auto Repair!!!

best auto repair shop in austin ;) – Frank & Sandy's has the best service i have ever experienced in an auto repair shop. i always feel 100% at home and 100% informed, (entertained!) and taken care of whenever i take my car in for service. they take the time to get to know their customers, and go above and beyond every time. my car is 16 years old, american-made, has close to 200,000 miles on it, and still purrs like a kitten:)

I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else – I moved to Austin maybe a year and half ago, bringing with me myriad problems contained in an aging Toyota Corolla wrapping. I had been to about two other shops hoping to have simple work done and been disappointed (initial work done was on brakes).
